Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit the Cronus website or contact us. It applies to website visitors and people making enquiries; client projects have separate contractual and data-processing arrangements.
Who to contact
Website operator: Cronus IT Services. Updated October 10, 2026.
Email: kamil.psenak@cronus.sk. Phone: +421 949 178 082.
[PLACEHOLDER: confirm the full registered legal name, registered office and company registration number of the website operator and data controller.]
Information associated with your visit
Delivering a website requires processing technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. Hosting and network providers may process this information to deliver the site, protect it and diagnose faults.
The site is served using Lovable and its infrastructure providers. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm hosting providers and access-log retention periods.]
The site loads Archivo and Source Serif 4 from Google Fonts and the Cronus logo from the Lovable asset CDN. Requests to these providers disclose technical information, including your IP address and browser request information. Google explains its handling at Google Fonts privacy information.
Third-party infrastructure may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA. [PLACEHOLDER: document applicable international transfers and safeguards.]
Email and phone enquiries
If you contact us, your message may include your name, business contact details, company information and project requirements. We use the information to respond, discuss your project and arrange a call when requested.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary. We need a way to reply if you want a response, but you do not need to create an account or provide information through a website form.
The contact page opens a draft in your own email application. It does not send a message automatically. The fit check runs in your browser without saving your answers; choosing to contact us adds your selected situation to the email draft.
Please do not send passwords, access keys, sensitive client records or confidential datasets with an initial enquiry. We can agree an appropriate way to exchange project information.
Where the GDPR applies, steps you request before entering a contract may rely on Article 6(1)(b). Other business correspondence may rely on legitimate interests in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Legal recordkeeping obligations may rely on Article 6(1)(c). The appropriate basis depends on the enquiry and your relationship with us.
Cookies, analytics and automated decisions
The current public pages do not include advertising trackers, an analytics integration or visitor accounts. The fit check does not write answers to cookies or browser storage. Your browser's color preference determines the site's light or dark appearance.
The fit check suggests a starting package from the answers you choose. It does not make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
The selected situation may appear in the contact page URL and in an email draft you choose to open. URLs may be recorded in hosting logs or browser history. Do not put personal or confidential information into URL parameters.
If tracking or non-essential cookies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before they are used.
Recipients, retention and security
Enquiries may need to be handled by people responding on behalf of Cronus and by the services used to receive and store correspondence. Hosting and asset providers handle requests needed to display this website.
[PLACEHOLDER: confirm email and communications providers, any other recipients, and the retention periods or criteria used for enquiry records.]
Enquiry information is used to address your request and any resulting business relationship. Retention periods depend on that purpose and applicable legal recordkeeping obligations; a fixed retention period has not yet been confirmed. Contact us about a particular record. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
These rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Under the GDPR, requests are generally answered within one month; permitted extensions and exceptions may apply.
Send requests to kamil.psenak@cronus.sk. You can also complain to your local data protection authority or the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
If another privacy law applies to you, contact us to discuss the rights available under that law. This policy does not assume that every US state privacy law applies to this website.
Children and sensitive information
This is a business-services website, not a service directed at children. Do not send sensitive personal information or records about other people unless an appropriate exchange method and lawful basis have been agreed. Contact us if you believe information has been provided in error.
Policy updates
Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. The marked company and provider details require confirmation, and this draft should be reviewed by qualified counsel before publication.
