Information, not a service contract
The website describes our capabilities and possible ways of working together. It is not a binding offer, a guarantee of availability or an agreement to provide services. Sending an enquiry or using the fit check does not create a client relationship.
Package prices are starting prices in euros, not final quotations. Scope, fees, applicable taxes, payment terms, milestones and responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal and agreement before work begins.
Ownership of deliverables, licenses, confidentiality, data processing, support coverage and service levels are defined in the client agreement. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement. Our regular day runs 7am to 5pm Central European Time, with 24/7 availability when rapid response is needed. This does not mean continuous routine development or a guaranteed response time; support scope, escalation and response targets must be agreed for the engagement.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate someone else or use its contact details to send unlawful or abusive communications.
Do not submit information that you are not entitled to share. Agree a secure exchange method with us before sharing sensitive project data.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, branding and other materials may be protected by intellectual property law. You may read, share links to and make lawful quotations from this website. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless the law permits it.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. References to the founders' experience do not imply endorsement or affiliation between those organizations and Cronus.
Professional advice and AI outputs
Content about cybersecurity, accounting, tax, finance, law or regulatory requirements is general information, not professional advice for your circumstances. Consult qualified advisors before making legal, tax, financial or compliance decisions.
Examples of AI and ML capabilities do not guarantee a model's accuracy or suitability. Evaluation, human review and responsibility for outputs must be agreed for each project.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors, become outdated or be unavailable. Content and packages may change. Confirm project-specific information directly with us.
External links and your email or phone application are operated by other providers. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. A contact link does not guarantee message delivery or a confirmed meeting.
The fit check gives an indicative starting point based on your selections, not a binding quotation or a final assessment of suitability. Confirm the scope and the recommended engagement with us directly.
Liability and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee that its content is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. You should not rely on website content as the sole basis for a business decision.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. Liability for paid client work is addressed in the separate client agreement.
Privacy, questions and disputes
Read the privacy policy for information about website requests and enquiries. Contact us by email with questions or concerns about this website.
[PLACEHOLDER: confirm the operating entity and obtain legal review of applicable law and jurisdiction. Client agreements may identify a different contracting entity and governing law.]
Changes will be posted here with an updated date. This draft requires the marked company details and review by qualified counsel before publication.
